“And the arms of the ocean are carrying me

And all this devotion was rushing over me

And the questions I have for a sinner like me

But the arms of the ocean deliver me” (x)

The Ferret and the Girl [x]
After seeing this fan art, I really wish to read a D/G fanfiction where Ginny comes into possession of a bouncing ferret and decides she would like to care of the little thing. Little does she know the real identity of her new friend. Seriously though Drinny shipper’s admit it, you would definitely read it if there was such a fic out there.

I love this drawing so much. Draco is very much being the typical him. Oh and don’t forget Ron so engrossed with his own ice-cream and not a care in the world.

Okay so, this is just a small part of the fanfic I’m currently working on. Just made this graphic to go with the paragraph.

“Leave him alone, he didn’t want all that!” said Ginny. It was the first time she had spoken in front of Harry. She was glaring at Malfoy.
He ought to have made a cutting remark. He ought to have embarrassed her and her family then. He ought to have embarrassed her like he always did to her brother. But yet, as Ginny Weasley glared at him, he had found himself at a momentary loss of words. For some very bizarre reason, he had found that he didn’t hate the Weasley girl as much as he ought to. And that was why, all he’d managed was, “Potter, you’ve got yourself a girlfriend!”
He felt a small amount of satisfaction when she turned scarlet. He had embarrassed her, but that feeling of satisfaction was being momentarily overshadowed by something else: Envy.
He had felt envy, but he didn’t exactly understand why. Was he envious that Potter had a girlfriend and he didn’t, or had it been directly related to the girl in question? He was twelve years old, and perhaps he would never understand it then, what it meant.
Today, as he stared into the Mirror, that showed him not his face, but his desire, everything was suddenly falling into place.
There had been a reason he could never manage to make a cutting remark to her, and all he’d ever managed was feeble remarks on her and Potter. What had him more frustrated was that  she had always made cutting remarks to him.
He laughed somewhat, as the realization hit him hard. It wasn’t sudden, his near obsession with the girl, like he’d always thought it to be. It had begun right when he was twelve, back when he’d seen her for the first time.
He would have scoffed at himself then. But today, as he reflected upon his life, he knew it was then that this had all started.
It was precisely at that point, that Draco Malfoy had fallen for Ginny Weasley.
And without knowing, as he stared into the mirror, he had started crying. He loved her. The first time he ever did love someone other than himself.
But she didn’t.
